• Click Disk Utility and then click Continue.
• Choose the disk you want to repair.
• Click the First Aid button.

If Disk Utility says the disk is about to fail, there’s nothing you can do — you have to replace it. 

*If it reports that the disk has been repaired, you’re done. 

*You can click Show Details to get more information about the repairs.

4⃣ Reinstall macOS

If all the approaches are failing and you still see that white screen on your Mac, you may need to reinstall your operating system. 

*Don’t worry, it won’t affect your files, apps, user setting, etc. 

#⃣ Only a fresh version of the macOS will be installed on your Mac again. 

➡ Here’s how to do that for macOS Sierra, macOS High Sierra, macOS Mojave and macOS Catalina.

📝 Note that sometimes the standard reinstall methods won’t work due to the issues with the drive. 

*In this case, you’ll need to use the internet recovery to reinstall the operating system.

Follow these steps to reinstall macOS from the internet:

• Turn on or restart your Mac.
• Hold down the Command+Option+R keys until you see the Apple logo or a spinning globe.
• When startup is complete, you’ll see the Utilities window.
• Choose Reinstall macOS and click Continue.

Follow the onscreen instruction to complete the process.

MACBOOK PRO 2 TAHUN TAK ON, JADI WHITE SCREEN DISPLAY

Alamak parah beno tajuk tu pun dah boleh buat anda terkejut apatah lagi saya dan team!

Saya telah menerima sebuah Macbook Pro A1286 oleh pemilik macbook itu sendiri. 

(kebiasaannya bukan pemilik yang hantar laptop/macbook mereka)

Pemilik macbook bawa Macbook Pro A1286 dalam keadaan paparan skrin macbook putih (white screen display). 

Katanya, selepas 2 tahun tak on macbook baru saja nak guna tiba-tiba keluar paparan skrin macbook putih (white screen macbook) yang menyebabkan beliau terpaksa tangguh nak buat kerja design / editing. 

Apabila team saya diagnos/check problem dengan memastikan sama ada hard disk masih berfungsi atau tidak. 

Setelah itu, didapati bahawa hard disk macbook sudah rosak yang menyebabkan berlakunya paparan skrin macbook putih (white screen display).

Oleh itu, team saya mencadangkan pada pemilik macbook pro untuk menukarkan hard disk yang rosak kepada SSD. 

Tanpa berfikir panjang, pemilik macbook pro terus nak upgrade 2 SSD Samsung 500GB. 

(1 diletakkan di tempat asal hard disk dan 1 lagi diletakkan dalam second hdd caddy )

Selain dari masalah paparan skrin macbook putih (white screen display), team saya dapati bahawa bateri & trackpad macbook sudah rosak dan tak dapat berfungsi dengan baik lagi. 

Selepas selesai tukar 2 SSD 500GB, Bateri dan Trackpad pemilik terus datang kedai untuk pickup macbook pro A1286.

Bila macbook dah tak berlaku paparan skrin macbook putih (white screen display), barulah lega dan mulakan buat kerja design/editing. 

*oh yaa, sebelum buat pembayaran sempat lagi pemilik macbook pro terus nak beli magsafe/power adapter charger baru. 

Memang Terbaik & Hebat sungguh laa yaa.
